I started my career in Banking on a fast-track to Leadership, after graduating with a degree in Mathematics. One of the benefits of Leadership training, was being introduced to coaching. I discovered a passion for working with people in this way, and what a powerful a skill it can be.

Taking on leadership training and performing management roles at a young age proved a steep learning curve, so from that point in my mid-twenties, coaching became my leadership style, whether with colleagues, clients, my team or other leaders. It was how I embraced challenges and delivered successful outcomes.

I am now an ICF ACC Transformational Coach and an EBW certified partner (Business Emotional Intelligence practitioner). My career spans 25 years of change management, consulting, creating and running my own businesses. I have worked closely with executive stakeholders and led teams through steep challenges to turn around stalled change initiatives and deliver results for blue chip organisations.

I have a deep understanding and experience of what it takes and how it feels to deliver in today's organisations. Throughout my career I have learned and adapted to make the most of opportunities as they arise and use everything I have learned when coaching clients in pursuit of their goals. I help them make the most of their passion, purpose and talent in this volatile and complex world.

I have seen too much untapped potential and lost talent which could have been harnessed through the power of coaching, for the benefit of people and the organisation.

I firmly believe that when organisations work in a more transparent and collaborative way, investing in their people, they will reap the commercial rewards by creating an environment in which people can thrive.

When I was a consultant as well as in my role as a coach, today, this has remained my compass.

I have a passion for helping leaders and managers work confidently from a place of authenticity, to create balance in work and life and regain a feeling of control in their lives both inside and outside the workplace. Clients come to me, to be the best leaders they can be, get the most out of their career and to make their career work for them.
