About Pattie

I started my career in Banking on a fast-track to leadership after graduating with a 1st class degree in Mathematics. During leadership training I was introduced to coaching and began using it as part of how I led teams and worked with colleagues.

Over 25 years my career has spanned management consulting, change leadership and running my own businesses, with a consistent focus on leading people and delivering results in complex organisations.


I have worked closely with executive stakeholders and led teams in complex and uncertain situations, turning around stalled change initiatives and delivering results for blue-chip organisations. I understand the expectation of delivery in demanding environments and the practical realities within which leaders operate.

I am an EMCC accredited Transformational Coach and an EBW Global Certified partner (Business Emotional Intelligence practitioner).  My work centres on developing leaders’ self-awareness and understanding of their impact, particularly in complex organisational environments, so they can operate in a way that is both effective and true to how they want to lead.
